Enbridge identified integrity issues on the NS 30” Mainline at Falls Lake Crossing, between KP 43.1 and 43.5. 

The project scope included: 

• Replacement of 120m of 30” NPS pipe through Falls Lake Creek and a 60m replacement of a geohazard. 
• 24hr water pumping using the dam and pump method. 
• Large cuts and earthworks required for tie-ins. This work was outage driven, within proximity to other in-service facilities and was within a busy Provincial Park with limited TWP.
