The CS6A compressor station was scheduled for a below-ground pipe recoat to address issues in the coating conditions noted during a 2003 integrity dig. During Phase 1 all underground piping that could be was recoated. In Phase 2, all below-ground piping that could not be recoated was relocated above ground.  

This project scope included: 

• Demolition of non-essential buildings and yard piping.
• Concrete removal and installation.
• Installation of piling, pipe supports, platforms (including fabrication).
• Coating inspection, removal and application.
• Pipe repair & replacement.
• Installation of all electrical components (including cable trays, junction boxes, cathodic protection, etc.).
• Excavation & backfill.
