Project Schedule: September – December 2025 

The project scope included:

• Involved targeted upgrades to the secondary containment system at the Burnaby Terminal.
• Performed civil construction services that include the installation of a new sub-drain system, reinforced concrete encasements for leak detection and cathodic protection, and related site restoration works.
• Demolition and removal of certain legacy infrastructure, including existing sump, valve chamber, and related asphalt and drainage materials.
• A new Motor-Operated Valve (MOV) installed outside the containment dike, along with associated electrical and instrumentation work.
• Upgraded to the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) cabinet and commissioned new system.
